May 1st 2024 - Unbox Mobile announced that its Mangrove Project Initiative, developed in partnership with Greenspark, has successfully planted over 13,000 trees in Kenya. Launched in April, Unbox Mobile customers were given a unique opportunity. With each purchase of a Unbox Mobile Certified Pre-Owned tech device, one tree would be planted as part of the initiative, ultimately contributing to environmental restoration and carbon offset.

Greenspark was the perfect partner to help us realize that goal.”

The environmental impact of the plastics and heavy metals often used in the technology manufacturing process is substantial, underscoring the value to these efforts and results.
